Korfball

We will be running an adult and junior korfball tournament on Sunday 22nd September at University of Cumbria Sports Centre (the two competitions will be on different pitches but in the same hall).

The junior tournament is for ages 7-12 (Years 3-7) and the adult tournament for ages 18+. Teams should be made up of 4 players (2 male and 2 female) or players can register as individuals and we will ensure that they are included in a team.

By running the two tournaments concurrently, we are hoping to encourage families to participate together as well as, with schools, having staff teams competing alongside their pupils. Korfball is a fast-paced team ball sport, similar to basketball and netball but designed to promote gender equality.

Players can register for the junior tournament at: https://forms.gle/yWmwmjDkN2nXwRNd9

or for the adult one at:  https://forms.gle/Lo3x17sgHJGycjFq9

or by emailing [email protected]
